This John Boos Pro Bowl Platter Sink with two bowl compartments come with a left or right drainboard, which is available in different sizes. The professional kitchen sinks come in 16 gauge type 300 stainless steel with a # 4 polish, satin finish. The two 14″x31″x21″ sinks bowls are ideal size for washing platter and serving trays. All corners of the stainless steel sink, both vertical and horizontal, are coved at a 5/8″ radius to meet NSF Standards. The full length 10″ high boxed backsplash, with a 2″ return to wall at 45 degree and 3/4″ turned down rear lip, has 8″ on-center holes for a splash mount faucet. NSF & CSA Certified.

    • All corners, both vertical and horizontal, coved at 3/4" radius to meet NSF Certification
    • Bottom of sink bowls are formed for drainage and includes a 3-1/2" diameter die stamped opening.
  • Sink Deck:
    • 1 Drainboard (Available in LH or RH)
    • 14GA Type 300 Stainless Steel
    • 10" Boxed Backsplash with 2" return to wall at 45° and down 1"
    • All corners are coved 1/4" radius, welded, ground and polished into a sanitary single piece.
  • Stainless Steel Legs & Adjustable Bracing:
    • Legs are standard 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tube.
    • Legs attach to the sink with stainless steel gussets.
    • Gussets include 2 set screws to lock leg into place.
    • 1-1/4" diameter tubular bracing on front and sides to prevent interference with plumbing.
    • Adjustable Stainless Steel bullet feet for leveling on uneven floors.
