John Boos & Co. Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Returns of online purchases are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase from as long as the product is in its original packaging, and a valid receipt and proof of purchase is included. No products will be accepted for a return after the set timeframe.
  • Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return at any cost.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded on any order.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are deducted from any refunded amount. When shipping items back to John Boos & Co. purchaser should use a trackable shipping service and supply a tracking number to replying directly to the email correspondence sent from that mailbox. This will aid seller in tracking buyer’s returned goods back to point of origin. Seller cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • John Boos & Co. e-commerce site (seller) reserves the right to reject return on any damaged product.
  • Warranty claims past 30 days but within the 1-year warranty period may be addressed by contacting
  • Once the return is received and inspected, seller will send the purchaser an email as notification of its receipt. At that time, we will notify the purchaser of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days dependent upon your bank. If purchaser has not yet received a refund, please contact the credit card company or banking institution to see if it has posted. There is often some processing time in handling.

  • Replacements in exchange for wrong items purchased, wrong size or color, etc. may be returned in good condition in original packaging provided authorization has been obtained through
