Chefs Night Out – James Beard Award 2015
John Boos & Co is ecstatic to announce that they teamed up with Chef Niall Campbell, Kristie Campbell and their culinary team, from the Firefly Grill in Effingham IL. They participated in the Chef’s Night Out Event on May 3rd the eve of the James Beard Awards Gala. The party allows the chefs, nominees, and presenters a chance to relax and mingle with cocktails and delicious bites before the award ceremony. John Boos was given the opportunity to provide Boos Block boards to be used as serving boards for the event. Chef Niall and his team prepared Allen Brothers Short Ribs with Hollandaise Foam, Tarragon Scallop Chips, and Caviar.
