Gets the job done!
Love our new Boos block. We were used to a full thickness chopping block, so this is a smaller, thinner version yet it's solid and absorbs impact almost as well as its bigger brother. Would recommend for those with a small kitchen like ours. Makes all the difference when chopping. Less work! More satisfying.
