Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

  • Returns of online purchases are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase from johnboos.com as long as the product is in its original packaging, and a valid receipt and proof of purchase is included. No products will be accepted for a return after the set timeframe.

  • Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return at any cost.

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded on any order.

  • Customer is responsible for choice of best shipping method and for paying shipping costs to return item(s). All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and not that of John Boos.

  • When shipping items back to John Boos & Co., the customer should use a trackable shipping service and supply a tracking number to onlineorders@johnboos.com. This will aid John Boos & Co. in tracking the returned goods back to the point of origin. John Boos & Co. cannot guarantee receipt of returned items due to any potential carrier issues.

  • Send merchandise with RMA only to: 3601 S Banker St, Effingham IL 62401, United States.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, John Boos & Co. will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. John Boos & Co. reserves the right to reject return on any damaged product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days dependent upon your bank. If the customer has not yet received a refund after that time, please contact the credit card company or banking institution to see if it has posted. There is often some processing time in handling.

  • John Boos & Co. does not offer exchanges.

  • If you have received a damaged or an incorrect item, wrong size or color, etc. it may be returned in good condition in original packaging provided authorization has been obtained through onlineorders@johnboos.com and the correct items will be sent back to you. Only in this matter will John Boos & Co. cover the return shipping costs.

  • Any requested exchanges that are not considered “replacements” or “damaged” will not be accepted.

  • Warranty claims past 30 days but within the 1-year warranty period may be addressed by contacting onlineorders@johnboos.com.
