Amazing customer service!
I ordered a maple platinum commercial cutting board after dealing with substandard items most of my life. The quality is amazing. Unfortunately the cutting board arrived damaged most likely from shipping. One email and a couple of pictures and a replacement was sent immediately. This one is perfect.
