Cutting board
The board seems to be high quality. However, the side grooves are too sharp. I cut myself on them when I removed the plastic wrapping. Easy fix with some sandpaper but I should not have to do that on a new board.

BOOS Is Old School Love
So glad I bought this board from The website. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I won’t use it until I have oiled it thoroughly. I had given away my previous BOOS board, seduced by ads for titanium boards. The titanium dulled our knives and kept us from cutting fast. Old school is best!

New Quality Board
Our daughter in law introduced us to Boos. She has a thicker board that has retained its beauty and strength. I love the beautiful wood grain of the maple. I am confident it will last for a protect my countertop and knives for a very long time.
