Oil Finish not evenly applied--blotches
I'm disappointed. It's a very pricey chopping block and it has blotches. It looks as if the oil finish was either sloppily applied or some other liquid fell on the wood causing what looks like water stains. This tells me that the quality control is poor. For such an expensive item, I don't expect this type of inferior craftsmanship.

Beautiful board
I’ve been eyeing these Boos boards for a while and finally pulled the trigger. Top quality, beautiful maple wood that will stand the test of time. I also ordered the oil and cream set to care for my board. It’s stunning and makes prepping a breeze. I love my Boos!

Good product but not good service
I ordered two expensive boards as a gift for my husband and two days later they went on sale for 20% off. When I contacted customer support to ask if I could get a credit since it was so close to the purchase date I was told no. Since I am a new customer I did get a 10% discount but I see no reason that I shouldn’t have gotten the additional 10% discount. Since I am not satisfied with the overall purchase experience I have to give this two stars.

Color not as advertised/Small indentations on board
I’ve waited a long time for one of these boards - unfortunately, the overall color of my board is much lighter than the board is advertised (even with using the Boos oil and cream) and it arrived with small indentations around the corners. Bummed to be sure
