Beautiful as expected
I bought this board primarily for raw meat. I thought it would be beautiful because I have another Boos board but walnut. It is so beautiful … my problem is I don’t want to use it LOL.

Not remotely uniform
I would never question the quality of your cutting boards, but the look of the one sent leaves something to be desired. The change from lighter to darker wood is so abrupt that it almost appears split. It is meant as a gift and I am very disappointed.
