First wood board from Boos.
First wood board from Boos. Quality is first class. I sanded all the edges to smooth things up and oiled it several times. Looking forward to throwing away all my plastic boards and less sharpening of my expensive knives. It should outlast me since I just turned 80. Better late than never!
