This giveaway is sponsored by John Boos & Co. (“Sponsor”), located at 3601 S Banker St Effingham, IL 62401.

Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of John Boos & Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET and ends on July 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway via Instagram, participants must complete all three of the following steps:

• Follow @johnboosco

• Like the designated giveaway post

• Tag at least one friend in the comments (each unique tag counts as one additional entry)

Only participants who complete all three required steps will be eligible to win. There is no limit to the number of eligible entries an individual may receive during the Giveaway Period.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The selection will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative using a randomization method.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified via direct message from @johnboosco on Instagram within a reasonable time after the Giveaway Period ends.

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of initial notification to claim the prize. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for messages that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason, including spam filters or account privacy settings.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive the CB1069-3W1712175 New Walnut Rustic Edge Board, valued at $159.95 USD. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete a tax form (such as IRS Form W-9) and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize, if applicable.

Shipping

Sponsor will ship the prize to the confirmed winner at no cost via standard ground shipping to a valid mailing address within the United States. Expedited shipping is not available. Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

Release

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any and all liability related to this giveaway.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for administering the giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

Governing Law

This giveaway shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
