Below are the shipping method options and processing information. After placing an order, please refer to your order details and post-purchase email notifications for the most up-to-date information. Orders ship only Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 3 business days, with the exception of certain made to order items. Made to order items will be made within 3-4 weeks. Please reference this information on the product pages. For made to order items, your order will ship within 3 business days of being made. Please refer to your email notifications for shipping updates.

FedEx Freight Direct Options

  • Basic - Delivery to the ground level (front or back door) or to the garage without an appointment (no signature required) for residential only

  • Basic by Appointment - Delivery to the ground level (front or back door) or to the garage with an appointment (no signature required)

  • Standard - To the first ground-level room in the home or business with an appointment

  • Premium - Those requiring a two-person delivery, and/or placement in room of choice with an appointment (with the options of packaging removal) for home or businesses.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once prepared for shipment.

Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer UPS Ground 3-5 Business Days. We regret that we are unable to express ship or ship FedEx Freight to Hawaii or Alaska.

P.O. Box
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
At this time, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Disclaimers

Free Freight: The cost of transporting goods is waived and will not be charged to the customer. This can include but is not limited to standard shipping costs per product’s weight, fuel surcharges, reweigh fees, inspection fees, and high-cost delivery location fees. However, this does not include the cost of additional services at delivery such as accessorials.

John Boos & Co. does not pay for any accessorial fees. These are the full responsibility of the customer. 

Accessorial Fees: Additional costs for services beyond the standard pick-up and delivery of goods. These fees are applied for extra labor, special handling, additional equipment required, and circumstances that increase the carrier’s cost. Examples: Liftgate and Inside Delivery services.

Liftgate Fee: Additional Fees charged by carriers for the use of a hydraulic lift platform attached to the back of a truck to help facilitate the loading and/or unloading of cargo from the trailer to the ground level, particularly when a loading dock or forklift is not available.

Inside Delivery: Additional Fees charged by carriers when the shipment is moved beyond the standard delivery point, such as a loading dock or the curb, to a specific location inside a building or residence. Typical locations are the front door, garage, or kitchen. Please note: this service is typically only offered for the movement of goods on the ground level of a building. Most carriers cannot move goods up a flight of stairs.
