Quality, so far so great
Immediately I could tell the quality in the wood, the build and what I hope will be long term durability. Knives glide like butter as I cut through food. Easy to add the oil and cream and yes for best results, do this once a month. I have had my 2 boards for 2 months and hardly any scratch marks and no staining.

Perfect size
Perfect size for cutting something small like an apple and lightweight. Has a smart cutout in the bottom so you can easily get it up off of a counter. I can tell that this is high quality and will last us years and years. A worthwhile purchase for sure.

Boards cracking
I bought all the branded care supplies, I followed all the instructions. I will never recommend these boards to others. I will not purchase another.
Especially any of their boards with pre carved handles as they began to split at the handles almost immediately after purchase.
