Maple cutting board review.
I ordered a 12 X 18 maple cutting board and the care & maintenance pkg. The size is exactly what I wanted for my work space. I must say I was disappointed in the finish which is rough. For this quality of board, I expected a smooth finish. Also, there should be initial seasoning instructions included especially with the rough finish. I had to search the internet. I have done several coatings of mystery oil and board cream which it absorbed in no time. Found someone else's comment saying the same thing.

End Grain Cutting Board
I really love this. However it has a slight warp…I doused it twice with the oil and cream because it was extremely dry when I received it. I wrote to your customer service about it. My hope is that the warp doesn’t get worse.
