The Stainless Steel Prep Table by John Boos makes the perfect baker’s table. Constructed from stainless steel with a 1-3/4″ thick maple butcher block top, this bakery prep table features 4″ riser on three sides to keep ingredients on the work surface and off the floor. The stainless steel base features an under shelf with a bun pan rack that can hold eight 18″ x 26″ baking pans making it ideal for commercial use. The under shelf is secured in a fixed position 12″ above the floor, and this rolling cart features 5″ diameter heavy-duty locking casters for ease of mobility.
