The John Boos replacement wood tops are the perfect solution to replace worn out or damaged John Boos wood top work tables. These 1-3/4″ thick tops with 4″ rear and side risers are made in the USA from Northern Hard Rock Maple and comes standard in an oil finish. They are great for bakeries, restaurants or any foodservice establishment and can also be used on your preferred table bases. The 4″ risers help prevent dough, pastries or ingredients from sliding off the surface. Unlike other work top surfaces (stainless or granite), the maple wood top provides a warm stable temperature for bakers to knead, roll, mix and form the dough. The commercial grade quality top may show very few small visible defects on the underside but this will not affect the quality of your wood top. NSF Component certified. Available in various sizes.
