Mike Kubiesa is a private chef in Chicago, offering full-time private chef services as well as cooking classes and events. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio and TV Broadcasting, Mike pursued formal culinary training at Kendall College in Chicago. Mike loved cooking from a young age, and it was at Kendall that he was able to fine tune his cooking skills and learn from many talented and diverse instructors.

Post graduation, Mike worked full-time for the Chicago Bears, feeding the players and coaches at Halas Hall. Mike started his private chef business in 2016, and since then has worked for athletes and celebrities in both Chicago and Nashville. Mike is the co-author of two New York Times Best Selling cookbooks “True Roots” and “True Comfort.” When he’s not actively cooking in the kitchen, you can find him writing recipes, in the garden tending to his vegetables and herbs in the spring and summer, or cooking over an open fire in the winter.
