JOB SUMMARY:
Assist consumers and dealers with product questions, pricing and complaints. Authorize and process paperwork for damaged, defective or incorrectly ordered items. Assist sales and order entry with various functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate to customers and dealers product information and pricing upon request.
- Resolve issues dealing with damaged and defective merchandise.
- Start the process for freight claims and coordinate return authorization with dealers, freight companies and end users.
- Process order changes and check on order status.
- Supply freight estimates and shipping information.
- Assist order entry with editing orders when needed.
- Assist the sales department with resolving problems, order information, and taking care of accounts.
- Assist the estimating department when possible.
EXPERIENCE:
- Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)
JOB TYPE:
- Full Time
- Salary commensurate with experience.
SCHEDULE:
- 40 Hour Work Week
- 8 Hour Shift
- Monday to Friday

- Corporate Facility In-Person
