JOB SUMMARY:

Assist consumers and dealers with product questions, pricing and complaints. Authorize and process paperwork for damaged, defective or incorrectly ordered items. Assist sales and order entry with various functions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate to customers and dealers product information and pricing upon request.
  • Resolve issues dealing with damaged and defective merchandise.
  • Start the process for freight claims and coordinate return authorization with dealers, freight companies and end users.
  • Process order changes and check on order status.
  • Supply freight estimates and shipping information.
  • Assist order entry with editing orders when needed.
  • Assist the sales department with resolving problems, order information, and taking care of accounts.
  • Assist the estimating department when possible.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)

JOB TYPE:

  • Full Time
  • Salary commensurate with experience.

SCHEDULE:

  • 40 Hour Work Week
  • 8 Hour Shift
  • Monday to Friday

WORK LOCATION:

  • Corporate Facility In-Person

EDUCATION:

  • High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
