Cake Boss Buddy Valastro Comes To Effingham, IL

The Effingham Performance Center held “Foodie Fest” with celebrity Chef, Baker, and TV personality Buddy Valastro of TLC’s Cake Boss as the main attraction. The goal of this event was to raise money for EPC and to showcase the talents in the Effingham community. The 2 day event was held inside and outside the EPC with activities such as cooking demonstrations, cake decorating classes, cooking classes, vendor booths, beer & wine tasting tents, BBQ Grilling, etc. John Boos provided cutting boards for the Cake Boss’ on stage performance at 1:00 and 7:00 PM on Saturday. His welcome was well received and as a surprise thank you, Buddy signed one of the Boos Block® cutting boards.
