Finishing Could Use Improvement
The board is a good size, nice grain structure, deep and wide channels on the edges. My main issues with the board are that it was not sanded well enough and is still quite rough compared to other boards we purchased for a similar price. Also, the juice channels have very visible marks left by the tooling used to cut them. Just a bit disappointed for the price.

Only wish they put the Boos mark on both sides, with one right-side up either way you use the board!

As expected
The cutting board is solidly made in a nice size that we look forward to using for many years. The Boos Mystery Oil and Cream is something not found elsewhere but nicely offered as it is needed to ensure the board remains in quality shape for years to come.

Beautiful board but flat side has a 4 inch mark
This is a beautiful cutting board. Just what I was looking for. It is reversible. However, the flat side has a 4 inch scrape on it from something. I’m not too sure what Boos does in these cases.

Style & Functionality
Cutting board looks elegant and is very solid. Functionality is great. Blood groove is more than adequate.
