John Boos & Co. Partners With National Pork Board
The 20th Annual World Pork Expo was held June 5-7, 2008 at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines. The event was a huge success, with thousands of producers and industry professionals from all over the world in attendance. Events included the Great Pork BarbeQLossal and the Big Green Egg Scramble. 61 teams had a cook-off in 4 different categories.
Each team was supplied with Boos Block Cutting Boards to prepare their winning meals. For the Big Green Egg competition, 6 lucky contestants were drawn to compete in a cook-off. The winner received a Big Green Egg and Boos Block Cutting Boards as a grand prize!
